Mannverk is the developer of Fannborgarreit in Kópavogur, where it is building 163 apartments in five buildings, as well as retail and service premises on the ground floor. Parking will mostly be in a two-story basement with 305 spaces. The area is intended to strengthen the city center as a vibrant heart of town where people can live, work and enjoy services in the same place.
