Fannborg 2-4

Mannverk is the developer of Fannborg in Kópavogur, where it is building 164 apartments in five buildings, as well as retail and service premises on the ground floor. Parking will mostly be in a two-story basement with 305 spaces. The area is intended to strengthen the city centre as a vibrant heart of town where people can live, work and enjoy services in the same place.

It will be a Nordic Swan Certified building when complete and is being built to strict environmental standards.

Work on site started in 2025 and the two phases of construction are due to be completed in 2029.
