Mannverk is the developer of Fannborg in Kópavogur, where it is building 163 apartments in five buildings, as well as retail and service premises on the ground floor. Parking will mostly be in a two-story basement with 305 spaces. The area is intended to strengthen the city centre as a vibrant heart of town where people can live, work and enjoy services in the same place.

Demolition of the site has begun. Earthworks will begin in the spring and construction will begin in late 2026. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2029.
