Vatnsstígur 11 Mannverk rebuilt Vatnsstígur 11 as a first-class apartment hotel, as well as constructing a new building next to it at Lindargata 34-36.

Despite the new role of the premises, at all stages of the project, efforts were made to maintain its rich history.

The result was a modern, charming and interesting hotel at the best location in central Reykjavík.
