Mannverk has completed building 11 apartments at Laugavegur 145 street in the Reykjavík. The apartments are a mix of remodelling the older building and new ambitious desing. Thus, it was possible to merge the new and the old naturally together, which is so characteristic of the city centre of Reykjavík.
