Carbon Recycling International (CRI) Mannverk worked on the expansion of the Carbon Recycling International (CRI) Methanol plant at Svartsengi. This was a contract for design and construction management and monitoring of construction. The plant uses electricity and carbon dioxide from steam from Svartsengi power plant to produce fuel-efficient fuel for cars. This production technology was developed by CRI and is protected by patent.
