Mannverk carried out renovations and an expansion of the building at Laugavegur 56. The front building was refurbished; the premises now house a restaurant in the basement and on the ground floor, with apartments on the upper floors. A rear building comprising a total of 10 hotel apartments was also constructed using precast units. Project completion: 2019.
