Mannverk completed the renovation of a new hotel, Reykjavik Residence Suites, and the hotel formally opened on March 1, 2013. It is a fine aristocratic building, built in early 1900, located in the heart of downtown Reykjavik. The building was renovated and the interior upgraded to high standards.
