Gorgeous and well-located apartment building built by Mannverk at Lyngás 1 in Garðabær. It is a 3-to 4-storey building equipped with a lift, with over a hundred two to five bedrooms apartments as well an underground parking garage. On the site is an interior garden with walking paths and playground with children play equipment. In the design of Lyngás 1 emphasis was placed on bright apartments with good internal space utilisation.
